From a different forum, regarding counterparty:
"Hot Spot FXr always takes the other side of the trade initially before hedging it with a bank or matching the order against another customer's position. If you read the paperwork it says that if Hot Spot has its own positions on the other side they don't need to hedge it at all. So yeah there is a desk although it is not as crooked as most which don't even offset your position and just trade against you directly all the time. So these guys are not shifting prices running your stops etc."

Trader KGB: In other words they need some time time before they can take the other side, which would'nt always be the case if you were scalping.....Many bucketshops have this problem with scalpers, since they dont get enough time to take the other side. Am I right?
Though, the price you see is the price all other gets, so they can't manipulate the quotes or stop hunt you. Their only choice would be to kick you out.

If all your capital conzetrated by one broker ,which traded against you,than
this broker have full information about your tactic and behaviar
If in your head present ideja ,that
operation from one account is more suited for high profit ,that would better
for your enemy in most of the case !

Author 1 result in contest for 5000
euro prize was liquidated.
Broker public accepted error ,but will
not pay and ... FOREX in SWISS
is NOT REGULATED MARKET
That is calculated by all FX broker in SWISS (Dukaskopy &)

From what I understand, Hotspot is anonymous as it uses a central counterparty (yes, FXMS' claim to be the first centrally cleared OTC FX platform is not accurate). And it does not act as a market maker. Prices are from its liquidity providers and its clients.
