Hotkey error in Sterling Trader Pro

Good evening Traders,

I've just started trading with Sterling Trader Pro and I'm getting the Error message:

"Hotkey order contains an account which is not valid for this trader."

Can anybody advise?

Also, the account drop down switches to the " * " sign which makes it cumbersome to always have to switch back to my name.

Thank you, all for the quick replies. No I did not have the right account loaded into the setup window. I figured it out though.
