When Obama took over he changed NASA's mission from space exploration agency to an organization whose key objective was to be a Muslim outreach and to make Muslims feel good about their scientific achievements.

Obama is probably looking at this event and thinking they were doing a scientific study into the dynamics of human combustion.

The production value is very high, the sound and editing is very professional. My guess is that it would have taken about a week or so to produce the video.
