OK, I have both my wifes' and my daughters' in front of me.
They both are titled " Certificate of Live Birth", the document for Mr. Obama, as shown on fightthesmears.com is titled "Certification of Live Birth"....
My wifes' document is the exact same format as the one shown in your above referenced link...exactly. My wife was born in 59.
My daughters' document is different in format [born in the mid/late 80's], but contains the following information:
State file #
Child's Name
DOB
Hour
Sex
Hospital
Location of birth / Island / County
Signature of and certified by Physician / Mailing address
Attendent type [M.D.]
Registrar signature / Date received / date accepted
Mothers info
Fathers info
Parent signature
Race - Mother / Race - Father
The certificate contains an official seal and date stamp

They probably changed the format sometime after your Wife's was produced.
Yes, so that the deal. Now that the Hawaiian state protocols relative to Births are being looked it is plain to see that he couldn't have been born in Hawaii because he was given a Certification and not a Certificate.

Can't be born a citizen of another country and also be Natural Born American.
British Nationality Act of 1948 defined someone born of a British subject is also a British subject.
That is what the comment about how the act governed the status of his children meant.
The British Crown laid claims to Obama at birth which disqualifies him for natural born status. He could have been born in a Manger in Times Square and still probably not qualify.
