do you have decided already?
Im a philippines fan i like so much there, i spend more then 3 years and i also get merried there..
Im planning to go there as well feb 2013 maybe the only problem now is the money change the pesos is stronger then before but is still cheap compare to europe and the life have more fun there..
My opinion choose philippines there you can find everything you want modern city like makati internet food ect, beautiful island 7000 + and if you pay you can stay up to 1 year..

Straits Financial is an FCM based out of Singapore.

They also offer T4 platform.

I recommend Nonko Trading (www.nonkotrading.com) - they provide FXCM Active Trader accounts. Hope that helps.

Some good FX Brokers here. Best ECNs are Deltastock, DF Markets and Dukascopy Europe. But note that Dukascopy Europe only allow FX and metals, no CFDs.

I'm in Australia and use Interactive Brokers with no problems, so far. I personally reject their software, but for clearing they work just fine internationally.
