The government has pissed away hundreds of millions on scientific studies desperately trying to prove there is a "gay gene." They have failed miserably. Given the enormous stakes, the fact they couldn't even fudge it like they do with AGW is noteworthy.
Still, they push it as fact.
There may well be a genetic component to some homosexual tendencies, but I doubt they are predominant. The question is, is society better off encouraging people to try a lifestyle marked by severe health risks and dysfunctional behavior, or to resist it and try to live a normal lifestyle? For most of recorded history, societies opted for the latter. Now we have embarked on an experiment with the former. It is pushed relentlessly by the media, TV ("Glee"), movies, government and universities, ie the normal liberal elite opinion-makers. Any resistance or skeptism is viciously attacked as "homophobia" or "hate speech", again hallmarks of the hard left.
I really feel for parents. Theysend their kids off to school to be indoctrinated into this. If they try to counter it at home, they run the risk of being branded as bad parents who encourage bigotry. No wonder Christian schools are so popular.

They sure keep the Christian schools low key. Almost like a controlled number of enrolled. I'd bet it's because the Christian school do not want to draw the ire of DOE for not having a fair share of misfits who shouldn't be mainstreamed.

A factor in being gay is molestation.
Which is why in my opinion we can resist the radical gay agenda... but I really can't have any animus towards gays. Many gays had really screwed up childhoods. The cycle of molestation is what we have to change. Its not talked about much... but if you speak with social workers in juvenile courts... when little kids are "sexualized" its no good. Its bad for the kids and its an indicator of abuse in the sexualizers house.
