homebased solution to clean monitors?

I read a bit of vinegar (and/or vodka !? ) mixed in water will work for LCD's:

vinegar cleans everyting but I am not sure about using it on my LCD's . Have you tried that ? If not what do you use ?

Either distilled water, or a 50-50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water.

Don't use tap water or you'll get streaks. Don't use any other type of alcohol.
