1- On Jan 5th , short Call 135 expiring Jan 6th above $1. Let's say 10 contracts
2- If the stock goes up to $135.95 buy 500 shares. and if the stock goes to $136.71 buy another 500 share so your 10 naked calls will be covered and you will lose just a little.
3- If the stock drops to $134.59, you buy 500 shares and if the stock drops to $133.55, you by another 500 shares. Your total long position should not be more than $1000.
No matter what position you have by Friday, close it or it is up to you how to manage it.
