That has precisely been the point all along. A lot of talk and very little action. Those that were actual decisions and actions were mostly overturned, rejected, or deemed possibly unconstitutional. Trump is a master verbal deceiver but he noticed early on that he is not a CEO who can have everything his way but that in the world of politics he is forced to build bridges, make compromises, be inclusive, in order to accomplish anything. It is very clear early on that he lacks all of the above qualities that make a great "decider" (Bush quote) and president. It is pretty apparent that with his attitude he will receive an incredible amount of pushback going forward.

The evidence is there in the open. His life, his conduct, his decisions, his communication. Whether you like the decisions he made or not is irrelevant in this specific context. It's about whether he was and is mostly truthful. It's all in public domain. If you disagree with Obama being way more truthful than Trump then that is your choice though I think you would have to disagree then with 95% of human kind, domestically and abroad.
