there is probably a better word than "collusion" here. Could we agree to say that the U.S. media thrives on leaks from the intelligence community, but confirmation may be very difficult to come by. And of course there is a major difference between State controlled media and a free press that you didn't touch on yet, but I know you understand what that is.
