I seem to recall HarryTrader mentioned the method used to create this indicator, which was a pain in the @ss, so here it is point & click, and no work reqd. I have *NOT* verified the accyracy btw, on your own heads!
One day *everything* will be free. Then the bad will be sentenced for not consuming enough.
