I said teenage, not under age, and you can find out all about Barney and his exploits with google. Fortuitously 17 is of age in Maryland. How convenient for our government aristocrats with all those young page boys and girls running around. A cynic might think that little tweak in the law has some devious purpose in mind.
And I guess so long as it's less than 17 it's okay to be charged with sexual assault, and have a wife that calls them crackpots and all part of the vast right wing conspiracy. Hillary was shaming women for making accusations when it was okay to do so. Now, not so much. The winds of change, they do blow and blow. Bottom line, for every republican you can find with some sexual escapades in their past, I can find a democrat. I keep telling you goofs, there is zero difference between the parties. All criminally corrupt to the core. All liars, cheats and thieves, and a few deviates thrown in for good measure. Keep splitting hairs if it helps you sleep better.

My statement stands. Elderado stated that "it is not assault if it is consensual" and I added the comment that something is still a felony if a minor is involved. That is a proper statement about the law. How that law applies to Barney's circumstances is not something I have weighed in on one way or the other.
I am happy to not know that much about his sexual partners and to keep it that way. Most likely you keep lots of information on that type of thing so if it does not apply to Barney, fine.
