What you're witnessing is the conflict between tribal justice versus constitutional justice.

Blacks, and the democrat party, cannot rise above a tribal mentality in which right and wrong do not have any real significance. Loyalty to the tribe and revenge for any losses suffered by the tribe are the supreme values.
