Probably could have been avoided if the Holds weren't so greedy and felt that need to filet all of their traders. Especially all of the loyal ones. Now they've resorted to crying through one of their many lawyers. Oh, they all forgot to tell you that their General Council quit many months ago because he got sick of their crap. Strange isn't it.

I just feel stupid now that I didn't demand to know which charity my violation dollars were going to. I never really gave it much thought but I am starting to wonder if any really went to charity.

Why are you guys bashing Hold Brothers? It looks to me like they've done a good job of recruiting asthetically pleasing traders. Remember guys, there's more to life than making money. If they do go under, I'd recommend that Bright hire their recruiter. I might even start trading from an office then!
