Can't find shares neither on IB or Admiral Markets. Nor on TOS demo.

If it does, which broker are you using then ?

Anyone knows how to change those permissions ?

I'm looking at my TWS and see some shares available, clearly a hard to borrow though as the fee rate is 10.87%

i had a long position in mind.

Also, how to gain an access for European markets ?

I do not have trading permissions, even for my own country.

should be able to add via account mgmt, trading, trading permissions -> click stock permissions and then "all europe". If you don't see it, client service should be able to assist. for the symbol type HOCN <enter> smart
