I saw on his site that the version of his Software is updated in December 2022, so it still gets updated.

Unfortunately, selling a product and not providing an assistance service for me makes little sense for the customer, it would be enough to simply raise the price since his seems to be a great software (around I found only software of this type for hire).

There’s other software out there that’s similar, but Hoadley does provide a lot of tools, and I’ve heard that you can build it out, since it’s excel based.

Another simpler product that’s around the same upfront price and without a subscription is OptionStar. It’s a bit old as the features haven’t changed since 2012’ish. One of the well know regulars here mentioned it over a decade back.

Soap is a free one that’s comparable to optionvue etc, but I’m not sure if it’s been updated, just google it.
