Hoadley Options Add-In for Excel

I have version 10.c of this software which I purchased about 3 years ago. Unfortunely since the change of how options are displayed I cannot download options chains from CBOE via the online option chain viewer @ trade selector. Had anybody else experienced this problem and come up with a solution to rectify it.
