It all depends on the jobs report. It's amateurish to speculate like that.

That is so naive to look at those numbers year to year. Most of those years were in the midst of a bear market. Years like 2003, 2010, and 1982 for example were in the midst of a bull market. We are presently in a bull market and we will remain so until the market fails to break previous highs.
