According to the Census Bureau there are 37 million blacks in The US.

Add up the number of blacks from confederate states below and its over 20 million,which would be the majority, as I stated,smart ass.

WTF are you talking about. Joe Biden passed the systematic racism crime bill in 1994 and Bill Clinton signed it in the same year.

The systematic racism 1994 crime bill was passed by Congress with mostly Democrat support.

Hillary Clinton called black people "super predators" in 1996.

WRONG.Majority of blacks have always been in the confederate states because of slavery.Never have the union states black population been higher than the confederate states black population.
