Man, don't laugh at me I never said I was a virtuoso:D
I think I know why the problem now. Reg. "jamming to" most of the time it means from guitar player point of view. I can tune in with most songs but what pisses me off big time is the fact that it sounds more like scale playing, it's not creative. Sometimes I get these "creativity outbursts" and can come up with really good stuff (even from listener point of view I believe). That's when I have to exhaust myself to be able to put away guitar. Then it goes away.

Regarding "simple pentatonic" If I listen really carefully I can "hear" it is simple yet I cannot do it most of the time. Technically yes, create it NOOOOOO.

what's limiting is you are only as goiod as your front man. if he can't cut it.. you can't play it. your lead DEFINES the band.. he aint got it
