historical tickdata S+P options

does any one of u traders use s+p options tickdata?
i need all symbols and a tickbytick databank.(1-5 y)
time(00:00:000)/bis+ask/variables/......................

i have spend 100 usd for tickdata for the time 1999-2005
the timeframe was 3 seconds and the bid and ask smoothed.
it should be every tick in there!!!!
