At IB right click on the strike and chart the strike within option trader.

This is where they provided some information on where you can get free historical option data. You can also get free historical option data if you belong to a university research organization. I forgot which one. Generally there is no free historical data because they are considered proprietary data licensed by CMC so you have to pay for it. No broker provides it for free. I know it's ridiculous. We can get free historical stock data which option data is based on for free anywhere and yet we have to pay for historical option data which is really derived from stocks.

I get free options history with TDA/ToS demo, but didn’t try downloading it. Though I’ve seen people discuss how to download it and I think it’s allowed.
But just for looking at charts TDA is easily best choice if your broker doesn’t offer this.
