Historical market cap data

Is there a way to see what market cap stock/etf had at a given time? It can be useful in seeing the trend in money flow (in/out). Ideally it should be charted along with price.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Total number of outstading shares (per each day/week) would work as well.
