Historical charts

I have a need to pull single historical intraday charts using a datafeed like iqFeed. Surprisingly QuoteTracker and Amibroker do not have this capability. I'm talking about futures data.

Can anyone suggest a fairly inexpensive tool to do this?
 
Is there a free charting software that can use opentick as a non-real time feed and plot charts from csv files?
