You can't possibly be serious; Ken's having a mid life crisis as he falls well short of what he thought he was going to be by now. If he wasn't a narcissist he wouldn't care so much about it. All the woman he talks about recently ( the online interests, the escort, the young maids, and more importantly his wife ) it's not about them. It's all about what he can get out of experience.
