Yet just another case of Odumbo choosing that he, the almighty dictator, can make unilateral changes to his 'wonderful' health care law. I suspect from this latest article that Odumbo realizes Odumbocare has no chance of succeeding given the very flawed rollout and poorly written 'law'. Hell, if he doesn't like the likely impact he declares it illegal and says whomever will pay a penalty, whether it be individuals or corporations. So maybe, backed into a corner, Odumbo hopes that penalties will somehow, some way, help keep this POS afloat. One can only hope that those on the ledge will see the reality and see what a disaster this is.
