It's not a "very conscious" process, copying and pasting. No, you can't be asleep when you do it, but it can be done while you're very distracted by other tasks. Not an excuse for it, I'm just checking a bit of that spin.

That's incorrect in this case

The term 'copy and paste' used in the article was an approximation to loosely describe what happened in technical jargon familiar to the readership.

In the article it was explained copy and pasting is not possible in the two secure government email systems

The information was copied either by taking screen shots with a cell phone and or handwritten copy of the secure information. Like sitting at the secure computer and copying verbatim word for word the classified document using a pen and paper. And then typing out an email to Hillary including that info
