For quite a while I have stated that Hillary would never be indicted based on classified information being sent to her private email server.
I always stated that the real risk to her is if emails came to light that appear to show that she was trading the favors of her office in exchange for direct donations, speaking fees to family members, or donations to her foundation.

She has to be convicted of a crime first.
At this point conviction is just a formality to any intellectually honest person. The bodies have been uncovered and her DNA is all over them. Watergate was child's play compared to this.
Thankfully our criminal justice system doesn't work like that
