She compromised classified Department of State email traffic in violation of her PSA (Personal Security Agreement) which she signed under oath. Her server will be shown to have been hacked by foreign nations. Even you can comprehend the problem with that.
She would be unable to obtain a security clearance of any kind at the moment making it a bit difficult to serve as chief executive. Her access is suspended and she will be subject to adjudication of this matter before anyone will even consider granting her access and even then she will only ever get a Secret clearance going forward. Anything truly sensitive is TS/SCI meaning Top Secret Special Compartmented Information. She is already finished, people just haven't come to grips with it yet.
She also violated federal law regarding the retention of all documents relating to government activity. All federal employees are required to use the federal computer system that automatically archives message traffic and stored documents for mandatory retention. My own machines were checked for this compliance on a regular basis by the IG and they were in a vault/Faraday cage behind an optical firebox in a secure facility on a military base for fucks sake.
If she gets away with it perhaps others with access will no longer feel the need to be so careful with classified data. It is beyond problematic.
She is a scofflaw and completely corrupt in addition to lacking any accomplishments in any position she has ever held.
I certainly hope Hillary can avoid this trouble and remain the leftist front-runner. Either way, the electorate is going to get what they deserve.

I don't think the e-mail scandal has any legs. I also don't think she is going to win in the general election. The media doesn't really like her, and she isn't a political natural like Bill. She's a good speaker but has a deer in the headlight look when in public.
She's in line to get the nomination, but the Dems could do better. Terry McAuliffe would actually be better, be he's in her camp and wouldn't challenge her. Wouldn't be surprised to see him as her VP choice.
