She wasn't physically capable in 2016, that didn't stop her. The fact of the matter is, the Clinton Foundation donors paid a lot of money and got nothing in return. They are not just going to disappear. She is like a degenerate gambler who owes his bookie a lot more than he cant pay back. The bookie doesn't care that the guy is broke, the bookie is still threatening to break his knee caps. The Foundation donors don't care that she has no more influence to sell, they want the influence that Clinton promised them, so she really is backed into a corner. That is exactly why her latest statements over the last week or two sound so desperate.
