WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge has ordered Hillary Clinton to answer questions in writing from a conservative legal advocacy group about her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued the order Friday as part of a long-running public records lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch. The judge's decision is only a partial victory for the group, which had sought to question the Democratic presidential nominee in person and under oath.
Republicans have pressed to keep the issue of Clinton's email use alive after the FBI closed its investigation last month without recommending criminal charges.
Judicial Watch is among several groups, including The Associated Press, that have sued the government over access to records about Clinton's service as the nation's top diplomat.

Of course she used a special outside server for truly important communications. They have super secure systems for that. But she really can't talk about it for obvious reasons.

Senior State Department 'officials' with Top Secret clearance must use a highly secure Government system to send and receive Top Secret and Above Top Secret intel. Hillary and her underlings literally copied verbatim the contents of intel stored on the highly secure Government network with a simple pen and paper, or took screen shots with phone, then rewrote that information and sent using her yahoo email account.
Each count is a felony. Removing classified warnings on classified intelligence.
That's why she falsely claims "no emails had classified labels at the time they were sent or received ".....
because she had those labels removed when the intel was copied off the Government system...
