Hillary For Prison 2016

I hear you, and I agree, but, chances are very small that she will get in any sort of trouble, Obama and the Dems will not let it happen for obvious reasons. :(

Given that the FBI has declared that Hillary's activities fall under espionage the administration may find itself in various troubles if it fails to enforce uniformly. Certainly the FBI will air out the investigative findings quite publicly and the head of the FBI may possibly resign in protest.

From 50,000 feet it looks as though Obama's legacy will be corruption, incompetence and outright espionage. Not a feather in the cap for Democrats.

Its been determined that Hillary compromised SAP/SAR material.

At this point she is no longer under threat of prosecution for inadvertent mishandling of classified information.

She is being looked at for espionage charges. The material she released is less damaging than what was collected by the Walkers over their entire espionage career.

If Hillary is not indicted then nobody can be held accountable for protecting SAP/SAR material and our system of infosec is nonexistent. The law either applies to everyone or it applies to none.

If all that is worth it then by all means nominate Hillary.

I can tell you right now the entire DoD/CIA/NSA/NRO edifice will revolt if this woman is nominated. She is a criminal.

I very much doubt where Hillary will be prosecuted for storing classified information on her private email server. With the power that the Democratic party and her campaign wields - it is likely that the FBI will not likely move forward with charges on the matter which when they land up in court will likely lead to a dismissal of the case.

I actually think that once they dig through her emails, it is much more likely that she gets indicted for trading her office for money from foreign countries in a set of sweet-heart deals. This type of situation is much easier to prove and indict as a crime (there are clear statues) than misuse of "classified email".

Only time will tell.

The laws don't apply to them.

If she's indicted, it won't have anything to do with the evidence that she broke the laws. It will be because they think she can no longer win the election and they want to get her out of the way.

Exactly. When has Obama or his AG ever worried about the law? The republicans immediately rolled over and confirmed Loretta Lynch as AG without getting anything in return, even a promise to finish the Lerner/IRS investigation or documents from Fast and Furious over which Holder was in contempt. Why should she or Obama worry about them? They know John McCain will back them.

If the republicans had any backbone, they would demand a resolution by a specific date and impeach the AG if Hillary wasn't indicted. Then they could hold hearings and get the whole sordid mess before voters. It's not like it is all that complicated. She violated laws about national security and she used her office to reward donors to the Clinton Crime Foundation.

As it is, the corrupt Justice Department will issue a statement on a friday afternoon before a holiday that there will be no indictments. Hillary and her media surrogates will declare the matter closed and announce that she was totally vindicated. The media will insist that we "move on."

... and here is the administration saying already that she will not be indicted:

So you guys are quite right, no indictment.

What that means is that anyone who is handling classified material can do what they want with it like sell it to a foreign government or use it for commercial purposes or just put it out there because of ideology.

When that information is used to damage our country perhaps people will begin to understand why secrets are kept. It is clear that the United States government is thoroughly corrupt and that democracy has failed.

How could things get any weirder? Just extrapolate a bit. Perhaps at some point our government will collude with ISIS against the citizenry. Nothing will surprise me now.

Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, said in a statement that it made no sense to her that “Secretary Clinton can be held responsible for email exchanges that originated with someone else.” “The only reason to hold Secretary Clinton responsible for emails that didn’t originate with her is for political points, and that’s what we’ve seen over the past several months,” she added.

Were all of the e-mails in question sent to her, as opposed to her sending them?
