if not life goes on till some black swan or multiple gray swan events occurs.
They are going to occur anyway over the coming years, it's just who's in a better position to make them less painful.

Then read her plan on her web site if you really give a shit! Yeah, she should have spent more time on a lot of things, but time was limited, wasn't it? She actually said a lot more than The Donald. That does not seem accurate. When every journalist and unbiased analyst mentioned after the 3rd debate that Clinton won but wasted a splendid opportunity to communicate more in detail what she really wants to do domestically, and a lot of people who are generally considered educated and intelligent miss what Clinton really attempts to change on an economic level then that clearly points to the fact that she has not communicated it well at all.
We gotta differentiate between election rhetoric and fiction vs realistic and achievable goals
What short-term pain? Immediate tax cuts across the board? That's you're definition of pain? That's just my definition of stupid.Trump's plan is short-term pain, long-term gain.
Clinton will push for raising the cap on social security contributions as a primary way to adjust for changing demographics. This is an excellent way to adjust. She may also push for a small increase in the contribution rate. The Trustees, several years ago, were requesting a 1 cent employer/employee rate increase. Haven't looked to see if that figure has been adjusted up. I suspect it has, since Congress failed to act in a timely manner on the Trustees recommendation.Well to be fair, that is exactly Clinton's plan, and I don't find it wrong. Now is the time to shine and explain it for everyone if you think Clinton has a magic plan. If she does then she has been way too busy fighting with Trump like a 3rd grader and utterly failed to explain it to the rest of us.

As for the long term, there would be no long term with Trump's plan.
Did you read up on Kansas at all?
Nothing of what I've read disproves my point. Why not just raise taxes up to 90% of income if they are so good for the economy? What short-term pain? Immediate tax cuts across the board? That's you're definition of pain? That's just my definition of stupid.

Some sodium in your body is required for it to function properly. Too much can kill you. There is a relevant range that your body needs to maintain, below and above which you run into trouble. If you have no concept of relevant ranges then there is no point in continuing this exchange with you. Buh-bye.Nothing of what I've read disproves my point. Why not just raise taxes up to 90% of income if they are so good for the economy?
black swan events are neutral events by definition. some events inflict pain and others create pleasure. mostly they do both. it depends where you stand. They are going to occur anyway over the coming years, it's just who's in a better position to make them less painful.
Clinton is talking short term pain long term gain
TOTAL BS!
Hellary is talking, "higher taxes.... more muslim savages". And Putin prefers a Trump victory as he's concerned Hellary will "throw a hissy fit and start a nuclear war." Nothing "long term gain" in any of that!
