If the DOJ doesn't indict Clinton it will be interesting to see all of the FBI resignations and what those folks will probably leak. Likely just as damaging as being indicted in the minds of many voters who actually harbor some respect for the law.
Either way she is clearly a crook. If the espionage investigation doesn't get her the corruption investigation probably will. It isn't just going to go away due likely to the fact that there are people sitting in prison right now for far far less egregious security violations.
The DOJ boxed themselves in when they indicted, prosecuted and convicted General Petraeus of much lesser violations. Are they now going to give a politician a pass when she has literally exposed human sources of intelligence in hostile countries?
