There is reasonable chance that your conclusion is right, I can't deny that. On the other hand any of Sander's proposals are far more likely to come to pass than say building a wall, one that just got ten feet taller, along the entire U.S./Mexico border and getting Mexico to pay for it, or rounding up 11 million immigrants here illegally and their children who are enrolled in U.S. Schools and deporting them back to Mexico, or killing the families of terrorists, or that Trump won't have to return money to those he defrauded in the Trump 'University' case. There are a number of other things that I could have added to this less-likely-than-Bernie's-proposals-list, but you get the idea.

Not really, they are probably on equal footing in so far as "not likely to happen". The difference is that an 18 year old believes in the grand promises of socialism...a 70 year old self-described "libertarian" is another story.

So you simply edited your post about JFK tax cuts and compared it to the largest tax increase in US history? Somehow, a mandatory doubling of the minimum wage, guaranteeing universal health care, free tuition for both private and public universities, etc, etc...this is somehow going to boost the economy? Sure, if he could simply snap his fingers and make it so...

Again, how does someone reach your age and not understand the lunacy of these propositions?
 
btw, piezoe is a perfect example of leftist thinking...Take any Democratic stronghold city in the US...Detroit, Chicago, etc...Everytime there is a budget deficit (every year), the politburo of idiotic politicians come up with another "tax" (bottled water, garbage collection, amusement taxes, hotel taxes...literally it's endless)...eventually, they create a VAT style tax system without any benefits...just a massive drain of money that flows from taxpayer's to crony govt bureaucrats and it never ends! the budget's never improve, the taxes never end...the "projections" of what could be built, repaired, saved never materialize...Heck, I learned all of this stuff in my 20's...But we have Piezoe here who still ignores the reality of idiotic "promises of skittles and unicorn's for everyone"...It won't work, never does work, but Sanders is selling this pipe dream to common core educated fools. (and Piezoe).
