To be fair, I watched her interview, her "I'd like to be President" was taken out of context. That's not to say she wouldn't run if she thought she had a chance to win.
.
Yeh, I dunno. It is true that people point out that the full statement she made was that she said that she did not want to run but that she would like to be president. Which people say is really a statement that she does not intend to run so tamp it down a bit.
HOWEVER, if you then listen to the tail end of the interview, the bitch continues on with the gameplaying by raising the speculation back up again by saying:
"Clinton said the work awaiting a hypothetical Democratic president in 2021 "would be work I feel very well prepared for having been in the Senate for eight years, having been a diplomat in the State Department. And it's just going to be a lot of heavy lifting."
"So, are you going to be doing any of that lifting," Swisher asked.
"I’m not even going to even think about it until we get through this Nov. 6 election, about what’s going to happen after that, but I’m going to everything in my power to make sure we have a Democrat in the White House come January of 2021," she said.
In other words, don't count me in but don't count me out because I am going to start thinking about it more detail after the midterms. She is a gameplayer and is doing what gameplayers do. She wants to keep everyone tittering about her, otherwise she has no place in current history. The news crews dont show up in your driveway in Chappaqa to ask you what you are watching on TV.
The game of running for president may not be on yet, but she is definitely revving up the game of getting people watching her every move to figure out if she is. She knows what she is doing.
The dems need to do the deed and put her down. It will be bloody. She is offered the possibility of being the grand old dame of the dem party and a dem martyr if she took herself out decisively. But no. Instead the progressives will take her legacy and bills down hard. We have already seen a lot of that, but she wants more. That's fine. I'll watch.
