Hillary Clinton foundation rep: We received subpoena

As I stated previously in P&R, I don't believe the email classification issue on her private issue is a real problem for Hillary because it is very difficult to put together a case to prosecute under the existing laws.

The real threat to Hillary is if any of the emails indicate that she was providing the help of her office in exchange for donations to her foundation. There are clear criminals statues about these type of exchanges are are easily prosecutable.

With the recent news about the Clinton Foundation receiving a subpoena focused on when certain donations occurred involving foreign entities, I expect the investigation is proceeding down this track. Most likely the FBI has found emails that moved the investigation in this direction.

This is just like Whitewater, Travelgate, Cattle futures, Benghazi and emails. When are they ever going to stop attacking this poor woman? (and she was completely broke when she left the Whitehouse.)
 
It really is staggering just how much borderline criminality, obstruction of justice, conflicts of interest and sheer sleaze ooze from the Clintons and their lackeys.

Listen to her at the debates and she sounds impressively smart and focused. Yet she carelessly conducted official business on her homebrew email system. She allowed obvious conflicts of interest between official duties and private gain. She allowed at least one top aide to mingle official and personal business.

Then there is the issue of judgment. She presided over one disaster after another. She lied about Benghazi, repeatedly. She selected as her top aide a woman whose family has lifelong connections to the muslim brotherhood and other radical islamist groups.

Sanders is a disgusting relic of the period when the democrat party was deeply infiltrated by communist agents. They should be as embarrassed to have him up there on stage as a candidate as they would if George Wallace returned to run. But as revolting as he is, at least he is genuine. His corruption is intellectual, not financial. What a choice.
 
She's probably very charming in person and a quick study. National Merit, Wellesley and Yale law speak for themselves.

I think the cattle futures thing was Tyson Foods trying to put a hook into a naive young political wife. She probably learned from that, but there is no doubt that Wall Street is her main source of support.

If I was Sanders I'd focus on her elevation to the Senate in NY after having lived there for a short period of time. Not possible to do that without strong Wall Street support.

Obama is trying to keep her afloat now. It'll be interesting to see how he handles his retirement. Jimmy Carter's style or Bill Clinton's?

where have you been man? Cattle Futures was a mirror account to illegally contribute to Bill Clinton, and it was only 100k, that's pretty petty and everybody knew it (and still knows it.)

I think it's pretty obvious that republicans just can't tolerate a powerful woman. Why are they not attacking Bernie Sanders on all of his scandals?
