Highclass broker with API (US & Europe)

Hello,

I am looking for a highclass broker who is focused on automated trading. Currently I am with IB, but unfortunately they do not meet my demands. The API and services should be 99.99% reliable, so that I can be build a business on it. So basically I am looking for a prime broker for a sub-1M$ account. My current favourite is Lime, however AFAIK they are focued mainly on US equities. My preference would be a C#API, not just Fix.
 
I'm looking for the same type of brokerage... Any luck?

The descriptor "highclass" is usually used for whores, as in "highclass hooker". I guess it applies to brokers too. :D
