Nearly 2 Million ES contracts traded by mid-day, yet index prices are basically flat. Best be "minding our P's and Q's".

I believe many are still rolling out of Dec into March as it is what I do on Monday's in Indexes for longer term trading.

There's also word going around that there was a fat finger (attempted) roll this AM, which added to the index vol.
