High Frequeny Trading Quant "Traders" wanted...

Are there any prop shops out there hiring quant traders with no programming experience? That is to say, maybe someone who is good at implementing mechanical trading systems but who trades them manually instead of automating?
 
Aside from 3-4 real HFT firms out there, it seems this is the latest codeword for fleecing people. We are a group of HFT traders etc. Before they were liquidity providers, and before that prop trader and before that daytraders, and before that arbitrageurs...

sim not matter, small accounts not matter, short term accounts not matter, bad metrics not matter. if you were trading $80,000 for 2-5 years and returned 40%+ with good sharpe, drawdowns, profit factors THAT matters.
