Retail is as much about sophistication as it is account size. It is the height of stupidity to put CALPERS in the same league as Citadel because of equivalent capitalization. Any small market making firm in Chicago is way more savvy than a giant like CALPERS. Why the fuck do I have to state the obvious?

Retail investors in the aggregate have fuck all compared to institutions in the aggregate.
No institution cares about retail traders' money, there just isn't enough to bother with.
