Are you trying to claim that many of the people who were locked up for Whitewater were not part of the Clinton campaign.
Super Pacs supporting Hillary Clinton spent how much? Over $2 billion and she still lost? They should be investigated for all the dishonest TV ads they ran against President Donald Trump! That is not counting other violations of campaign finance law they probably, violated in supporting Hillary Clinton. Eventually, justice will be served! There are more patriots in the US compared to the handful of treasonous traitors protecting Hillary Clinton and her ilk!
