what can i use to scan for the highest dividend yield , and filter by
optionable as well? i.e., is there any free web resources that will
enable scanning for highest yield, with options as well?

Do you know how to do a dividend capture play in options? In this day and age they dont work very well. Used to be a day when market makers did it all the time but its just not out there anymore
