Hi, I'm new!

Quote from annaland:

Are you trading corporate bonds or just treasuries?

I do both, along with international muni's. Our Canadian bond portfolio has really been a bright star of our accounts. We have sold domestic municipals due to thoughts that the default risk is not adequatly priced into some bonds categories.

Quote from The Swordsman:

Please, not another bozo with a guarentee on the mkts.

Hey guess what....you CANNOT control what happens so how can you possibly guarentee anything?

It's called arbitrage, risk/reward, derivates, and overall trends.

All of which come with NO GUARENTEE. Newbies like to guarentee what will happen, professionals take positions based on analysis and are well aware that nothing is 100%. Perhaps its just semantics but you'd be better off saying something like "my analysis points to...." rather than make guarentees. You do not know how many idiots are on this site making predictions.
