Hi all - Yet another newbie joining Swift Trade

In the first year after the intital training period (in my case it was 5 months) i did make over 50k before takes......if you have ever looked at the pnl thread you will see the Szeven made 100k his first year at swift.....so is it possible....yes....likely???.....no.....but the possibility is there and in your second year it is very very plausible to be makin that kind of money and more.

and ignore idiotic comments such as those that longhorn and swifttradesuks posted because clearly they have no idea what they are talkin about....and i would assume that poor little swifttradesuks is one of the many people who wash out of swift cause they are not good enough to make money trading...and there are lots and lots of people who do wash out of swift...not gonna lie to you about that.....but if you cant make it at swift then chances are you wont make it anywhere.....

Swift is a great place to learn to trade and then once you are able to make money you can decided if staying at swift or leaving swift is in your best interest.......nysekiller left swift and is now makin HUGE money elsewhere....MNX chooses to stay at swift and makes huge money.......both did\do whats best for them and they are both right.

Rookies come in and they have to get over the $2000 net profit (from their 30% net) before they are even paid.

Trainees get paid a smaller % of their profits before they net 2k {before splits}



If they say make $1999.00 in the month they do NOT get paid!!

Now here is the kicker the Branch gets their cut of the $1999.00!!

It is pretty tough for a rookie to make $2000.00 when you are just getting 30% of the trade profit.

---False, if you can´t make a net profit of 100$ a day average while paying <$1 per trade commissions on a 400k account... then you´re probably not meant to trade intraday...





Plus they are only given a small trading capital to start with.

---False. Some trainees have a buying power of several 100k.




Now dont forget all the extra costs these people need to pay ie: entitlements chartware desk fee etc.

Now I also know for a fact that the manager in Windsor charged a rookie $2000.00 just incase this slup had a loss!!

Yes its a scam.

doubt it. I know as a fact that the actual profits for branches don´t come from trainees but from traders... You have to be very good to cut even with the trainees that dont make it... they lose a lot of money for the branch.

You pay your entitlement regardless.

If you people only knew half the bullshit in the Branch Managers manuals your heads would spin.

Things are not always what they seem from the outside.

Now wake up.....do you truly believe swift Trade HO is into losing money?

Your not a trader at ST until you hit the 2k net profit level.

Oh yes FYI you start with 10k capital and a $50 stop and a $80 Loss From The Top.

Some branches are even lower.

You people make it sound like ST is being run by the Liberal government and some sort of social program.

Now do some research and then post.

"Was in the inner workings of the branch" is the key phrase in that post. Lots of things have changed in the past year. Perhaps you should do YOUR research before making ignorant assumptions.
 
sounds like swifttradesucks, sucked at swift trade and that is why he is bitter.
you really do not know what you are talking about, there is no hidden agenda, what you see is what you get at swift!

You look at it from a simple traders point.

And no I am not bitter just smarter and a better trader so I got out to make some real monet which I am dumb dumb!!
 
what makes you think that I don't know? why should any of us believe you? how do you know sooo much? where did you trade? why do you have such great insight? I can tell you that what you are saying is a load of bs!! put your money where your mouth is! Oh that is right, you can't make any money so you just bitch & complain instead!
