Here’s what I will say, the hard truth is we need immigration unless we get our birth rate up. Right now American women are having 1.6 children when we need 2.3. If we cut off immigration before we get our birth rate up we are done as a country.
There is some truth to the fact that we face a demographic drag on the economy and government finances as a result of the baby boomers aging out. One way to solve it is by bringing in large numbers of young fertile foreigners to bump our population up. It makes it easier to sell out your own working class base if they all happen to vote for one party too.
The cost of that policy is destruction of your country's culture. Invite in vast numbers of low skill uneducated people from countries with terrible crime and corruption problems, and guess what you get more of? Your GDP may go up but the GDP/capita goes down. A lot.
Many of us think the better alternative is to tighten our belts for a few years until the demographics catch up. It might take ten or fifteen years. This is the choice the Japanese have made, and it seems to be working for them. They value their country and its culture over money.
With the exception of a hard line on immigration, you’re a democrat. You’re actually more aligned with AOC than Trump.
I have said many times before that the new right and new left share a lot of issues. Immigration and anti-white bias are not two of them however and are essentially deal breakers for both sides.
This is the problem Tulsi has. She appeals to the alt right on multiple levels but she also favors open borders and anti-white discrimination. I'm sure she sees her belief system as coherent but it has the effect of appealing to basically no one.
I would note... that many of us on the right are actually Democrats from the 60s and 70s. We know not to trust elected politicians. I would be happy to got to be part of a movement the man.

I feel the fact that today's democrats and republicans are owned by the same people should be reason enough for any thinking person to realize... the cronies are out to destroy our wealth and liberty and make us equal with everyone everywhere in the world except a few cronies.
I would hope seeing that Pelosi and the rest of democrat leadership was never out to run legislation against the Insurance Lobby... which is Wall Street... should wake up democrats the way Boehner and then Ryan proved to Republicans their leadership was out to screw the voters too.
