The article basically is ordering CA to pay 8 billion dollars for 7 "updated" medical centers in the prisons. Now there are about 170k prisoners in CA, so that means its costing about 47k per prisoner. How the hell can a judge justify this and what the hell are they buying with 8 billion? It doesnt even cost that much to build a state of the art hospital!!!

I wonder if that judge is getting a kickback and thats why he made that order. Anyone can see that 8 billion is wasteful spending
