Curious, I know somebody who has struggled to lose weight, I was getting him to try microdosing mushrooms which helped with the mental heath but just gave him the munchies..
Personally snacking at night is my reason for living but I am more active than most.

I've never heard of anyone using the oral version, but based upon the link you sent, the oral version is going to be about 6 - 7 times more expensive than the comparable injectable version. Keep in mind that the needle size for Semaglutide is equivalent to what you would use for insulin. In other words, the needle itself is only about a half-inch long and the gauge of the needle is a 29. So it's a needle size that is so small you won't even feel it, even for those that are terrified of needles. There are mosquitoes that have bigger natural needles than that.

It seems the only injectable version available OTC is actual Ozempic but once a week the pills would be cheaper. $294595 COP is around 75 USD a week. He may want to start with pills and when feeling confident switch to the injections. With reports of Ozempic face caused by a sudden drop in facial fat slow may be better?
I was was just chatting with him and he is currently 87Kg or 190 pounds. Should be 22 pounds less to be healthy.

I have boxes and boxes of this (drugs donated to a medical charity I help, some are quite random) but it's not the same. Studies indicate it has no effect on weight.

I guess it just depends on the country you live in and what you have available. Here in the U.S., the injectable generic works out to be about $20 per week.
I'll keep searching, drugs have to be approved by the health ministry so can be oddly missing but usually can be got without a scrip. Still, if it works the amounts are trivial. He is a great guy, a great trader too he went through a hard few years with his wife's illness, transplant, strokes and recovery.
Your mention of beneficial mental effects is very interesting.
Today I actually changed the clutch in his car for him (I have a pit) as he was getting a lot of wear pain in the left knee from the clutch (rush hour here is a killer). It was poorly fitted and heavy. Inflammation however is something to be wary of and it's mostly carrying too many pounds.

Where do you live? I think you mentioned it before but I can't remember.
Mostly Bogota Colombia recently though I have a larger home in Medellin. I have a place in Panama also but since I got my taxes figured out for Colombia I'm here nearly full time. They have a rather annoying global income taxation system. Like USA and Yemen.
