1. Generally women cannot outsmart men. It's a genetic thing and I am not being sexist here. Look at motorsports, sports, cookery, inventions, and so on.

2. Women mostly are susceptible to emotions. They can be swayed easily by emotions. That's the reason why I think putting a woman at a decision-making position is a big no no.

However, there's an exception to everything. Some women are exceptionally smart and can outsmart or outperform most men. I believe Xela is the exception. Also, she is very humble and willing to answer questions.

To be honest, men are wired genetically to not accept defeat from a woman. So, forgive them.

I have a commercial driver's license with hazmat endorsement. In addition, I have a TWIC (Transportation Worker Indentification Card), and a TSA card. I have a Washington State real estate salesperson license. I am also a registered Democrat in Washington State. My Profile says Vancouver, WA which is just across to Columbia river from Portland. I used to live in Portland, OR years ago. In 39 states, a Mortgage Loan Originator's license is not required to originate commercial loans. Thus, even you could call yourself a commercial loan originator in most cases and be legal. Indeed, you could be a bird dog and make good money at it. My birth certificate lists New York, New York as my place of birth and was born at Beth Isreal Hospital. I went to various local PSs (Public Schools) in New York City for elementary and middle school.

So the documented proof is there. However, you don't have anything I'm interested in verifying. You have nothing to reciprocate with. I really don't care what you do or who you are. Generally, you seem shallow with your many one or two line posts.
