I tend to agree. I think going forward, everything about business and economy will change. On the one hand, governments are showing they can print forever and interest rates don't matter. That totally screws up all the models of the past decades. These old guys can't use the same metrics that they did to build their wealth.Old fart is well past him prime.

Then you have a totally different shift of what people value in life. They don't want to own things, they love to share things. (perhaps its also because they don't have money to actually own property). Then, until Corona hit, experiences were top priority. Now of course, who knows.
Its going to be very difficult predict what's next. Even the technology sector changes so rapidly. One day Instagram is hot, next day Tik Tok moves in. If it wasn't for Instagram, I bet FB wouldn't be doing so hot.
So I can't blame the old guy. Who is totally out of touch and the future is moving too quickly for anyone to really know.
But you could have taken over at the same time as her and faced this completely out of left field crisis with no impact? You lost a bunch of notches of esteem from everyone on here with that comment. You knew FA about her, her qualifications, and how and why she was hired when you decided she must have failed because of her gender? Could you be any more backward and ignorant?
